AgentHive Network collects only the information needed to verify professional identity and enable collaboration: your name, brokerage affiliation, work email, and the content you choose to share inside your network. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers.

Pre-listing content stays within your brokerage's protected network until you choose to release it. Direct messages are visible only to participants. We retain account data for as long as your account is active and delete it on request.

By creating an AgentHive Network account, you agree to use the platform only for lawful, professional real estate collaboration. You will not post content you do not have rights to share, attempt to circumvent verification, or use the platform to harass other members.

Accounts are issued to verified individuals on behalf of their brokerage or team. Sharing credentials is prohibited. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable real estate regulations.

The platform is provided as-is. AgentHive Network is not a party to any transaction between members and does not guarantee the accuracy of member-posted content.

AgentHive Network is a collaboration platform, not a brokerage, MLS, or licensed real estate service. Members are responsible for complying with their local MLS rules, state licensing requirements, and fair-housing obligations.

Pre-listings shared inside the network are not public listings and are not advertised to consumers. Members agree to follow their brokerage's policies on pre-marketing and office-exclusive inventory.
